Dear Lisa, 

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. The more you read, study, and meditate on My Word, the more you will reflect My glory. I sent the Holy Spirit as a counselor, to guide, protect, and convict you. He is your counselor. Trust My Spirit that dwells in you! I know you feel free from obsessive thoughts that used to cripple you in addiction, but I have so much more to free you from. You still struggle with worry. Worry does not work with faith. Faith does work with trust! The more you seek me, the more I reveal myself to you, and the more you can trust me, and the stronger your faith becomes, and the worry is snuffed out by the Holy Spirit. I love you, Lisa. Stay obedient!
